HON SOIPAN TUYA

Honorable Soipan Tuya is the Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Forestry – Kenya. She has served as a two term member of parliament for Narok County (ten years). While in the National Assembly, she served as 1st Chairperson of Speaker’s Panel (alternate Speaker) and has also served as a specially elected senator in the 4th Senate of Kenya. Hon. Soipan is an exceptionally motivated legal professional and an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya of 18 years standing.
